My name is Jo Mills and I am a fully qualified, professional Reflexologist, offering a mobile reflexology service in and around my local area of Ruislip Manor, Greater London.
I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and gained my diploma in 2006.
I take a great interest in the holistic approach to health and wellbeing, with an optimistic view and passion for natural healing.
The mobile service I offer stretches beyond Ruislip to the surrounding West/North London districts - including Uxbridge, Hillingdon, Eastcote, Pinner, Harrow and Northolt. I'm also happy to consider other areas within reason.
A Positive Balance
We are made aware as individuals that we have to be true to ourselves and take responsibility for our own health. In doing this, together, we can work alongside the positives of reflexology to root out the imbalances in our lives, be it down to our environment, diet or lifestyle. If a change is needed here then we must recognise it. It is ultimately how we look after ourselves and our approach to life that does seem to determine our physical and mental being. Only by realising this can we bring about noticeable changes. Hopefully, as more of us realise the importance of enjoying life and wanting to live it to it's fullest, with a focus on minimising illness, reflexology will, in the process, be recognised as one of the most important, natural, holistic therapies to encourage good health and maintain body balance for many years to come.
